During times of crisis, the drone activates an electronic flare, which attached to its body and flies around. Studies show that a standard flare lasts for about 15 to 20 seconds, but the electronic flare lasts 17 to 20 minutes at the height of 400 ft giving you a higher chance of being spotted when there is an emergency.

Ryptide

Project Ryptide is a drone attachment that is similar to the splash drone. However, this drone piece functions mainly for deploying emergency flotation devices. Riptide is easily attached to the drone and is also easily released when there is a need. The release of the floatation device is controlled through the same radio feed that controls the camera. An advantage that this mechanism poses towards the drone is that, if it hits the ocean, the floatation device will activate and the drone will not sink.

Lily

Similar to the latest pieces of technology that film your every movement, Lily is one of them. It uses a simple chuck and shoot mechanism and will follow you for 20 minutes. Casually chuck it into the air or the sea, and it will quickly orient itself and follow you around. Lily can accomplish a 360-degree loop view and even view at slow motion. Doing any stunts that you do seem all the more remarkable. On top of the abilities provided, Lily is also waterproof. However, Lily can only go up to 25mph and can function just in 15mph winds, so participating in high-speed sailing will not bring out the images that you hoped for.
